1. Nature of the Services
PSN Property Education Ltd provides digital content and education-led mentorship services, including but not limited to:
- Online training materials
- Digital resources and courses
- Mentorship, coaching, and support calls
- Personalised plans and guidance
All services are delivered digitally and begin immediately upon purchase.
2. Cooling-Off Rights & Waiver
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases.
However, this right does not apply once a digital service has begun with the consumer's prior consent.
By completing a purchase with PSN Property Education, you:
- Request immediate access to digital content and mentorship services
- Acknowledge and agree that the service begins immediately upon purchase
- Explicitly waive your 14-day right to cancel once access is provided
This waiver applies as soon as:
- Digital materials are made available, and/or
- Mentorship support, calls, or personalised guidance commence
3. Refund Eligibility
Once access has been granted or the service has commenced, no refunds are available, including (but not limited to) situations where:
- Digital content has been accessed or made available
- Mentorship or coaching calls have been delivered or booked
- Personalised plans, reviews, or guidance have been provided
- Support has been accessed in any form
- The service has been used, partially used, or accepted
Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Change of mind
- Change in personal circumstances
- Change in goals, strategy, or availability
- Lack of engagement or participation
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations not guaranteed by the service
4. Non-Guarantee of Outcomes
PSN Property Education does not guarantee:
- Financial results
- Income
- Property deals
- Business success
Refunds are not available based on outcomes, performance, or perceived value.
5. Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is offered:
- The plan represents a commitment to the full purchase price
- Payments are not subscriptions
- Early cancellation does not release you from remaining payments
- No refunds are issued for partial completion or early withdrawal
Access may be suspended if payments fail, but payment obligations remain.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are only considered where required by law. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed strictly in line with this policy.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
