The first three seats are the cheapest, and they go to the people who act fast. Once they are gone the price steps up and stays there.

Payment plans are available on both. You apply first, we make sure it is the right fit on a call. IF you're successful and invited to take a place, you then get sent a payment link for the full amount or payment plan. Applications will close on October 5th 2026 (no extensions). The VIP Programme will then start on Thursday October 8th 2026 with our first VIP group roundtable video call. This is by application only, and if all 12 places fill, the waiting list gets first refusal with a 48 hour window.
Why the price works this way?
Early birds are rewarded (first 3 places only!)
We don't do this to pressure people into buying. The first three seats are the cheapest and go to the people who back themselves first. That's just fair on the people who take action early.
And yes, it's part of the application. How you respond to this tells me a lot. The people I want to work with, are the ones ready to invest in the next 12 months of their life and get moving.
People asking for 'discounts' will not be considered for a place. If you cannot afford the cost or payment plan, then this is not for you and that's fine (maybe next year you can apply).

Before you apply
Straight answers
Is this one to one, or a group?
Both, and that is the whole point. You get personal one to one time with me on your own plan and your own deals, and you sit in a small group of no more than 12 who meet on roundtable calls. My direct attention, plus a room of serious people all moving in the same direction. Never a faceless crowd.
I am a total beginner. Is this for me?
Yes, if you are willing to learn and willing to act. I have taken people from zero to their first deal, and some to six figures. What I need from you is the work, not experience.
I already own a few properties. Is it worth it?
If you want a second opinion and a sounding board before your next move, yes. 23 years of experience to pressure test your thinking and give you clarity before you commit.
I do not have much capital. Can I still do this?
Often yes. A lot of what I teach is creative strategies that need little to no money down. We build the plan around what you actually have, not a one size fits all template.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Payment plans are available on both seat prices. Apply first, and we sort the payment out on the call.
Why is it application only?
Because I keep the group to 12 to protect the personal time and the quality of the room, and I only want to work with people who are serious. The application tells me who is ready to back themselves.
Do you guarantee I will make money?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. I guarantee the plan, the mentoring and the accountability. The results come from you doing the work, consistently. There is no secret shortcut.
What happens after I apply?
If it looks like a fit, I will be in touch personally to talk it through. No hard sell. If it is right for both of us, you are invited to take your place, and we get to work.
