How is this actually different from the big name property training companies?

Accepted Answer

In every way that matters. They sell you a course. I build you a plan to follow. They put you in a room with 200 strangers. I sit with you every month 1-2-1. They pass you off to ex-students to coach you. You only ever speak with me. They charge £5k right upto £20k plus and then they'll upsell you onto their premium level packages. We charge £999 and that's for our premium level - no upsells, no B.S. just value.

I've already paid for an expensive course. Will this just be a repeat?

Accepted Answer

No because this is built around you, it's not a one-size-fits-all course. Whatever you already know, we build on that. Whatever you don't know, we fill in the gaps. Most of my mentees have already paid big money for training elsewhere (yes with all the big name trainers in the UK) The first thing they always say to me is 'I wish I'd found you first'.

Do I need to have bought a property already?

Accepted Answer

No. Total beginners are welcome. Experienced investors are welcome too. The plan is built specifically around where you're at right now, not from day zero. No two clients we work with are the same and everybody gets what they need.

How much time do i need to put in each month?

Accepted Answer

As much as you can give. The whole point is this fits around you and your life. Your job, family, your other commitments. Most of my mentees start while still in full-time work. We build the plan around what's actually realistic  for you. We have clients who are full time investors and people who are juggling all the above and fit things in where they can.

What if I don't know which strategy to focus on?

Accepted Answer

That's literally what month one is for. We look at your situation, your capital, your time, your risk appetite, and your goals. Then we suggest strategies that would be a good fit. We don't force you into the latest hyped up trend the gurus are talking about.

Is it really £999? Where's the upsell?

Accepted Answer

There isn't one. £999 is the full price. 12 months of 1-2-1 mentorship, all 4 courses, the community, deal feedback, direct access to Paul and everything else. There's no inner circle or academy, or VIP group or platinum tier.... This is it. £999 fair and simple pricing with no catch.

What if I'm not sure if it's for me or not?

Accepted Answer

If you want to speak with Paul first then Paul is happy enough to speak to you to discuss if it's a good fit for you or not.
